A bit about what you will do... The Executive Housekeeper in our luxurious hotel inspires the housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, creating a welcoming and immaculate environment which consistently exceeds guests’ expectations. Responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing a large housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Developing and implementing efficient housekeeping procedures and best practices.
- Ensuring company brand standards of quality and cleanliness are maintained at all times.
- Preparing and monitoring the annual departmental operating budget, focusing on occupancy, payroll costs and departmental expenses.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Responding to audits to ensure continual improvement is achieved.
- Addressing any guest concerns promptly, attentively and efficiently.
- Coaching, training, and supporting the team to provide consistently high standards while continually looking to improve.
