Holiday – 28 days holiday, enhanced after 5 years of service.

What you will do:

The Valet in our team ensures a warm and welcoming service to our guests, providing luxury transportation, driving them to destinations and making lasting impressions. Whilst at the hotel their approachable presence at the entrance, taking care of luggage and valet parking cars ensures a relaxing start for all our guests. Timely and efficient pickup and drop‑off of our guests from various locations across the local area, airport, and central London. Providing exceptional customer service with professionalism and courtesy, promptly addressing guests' inquiries or concerns. Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving our guests. Ensuring all luggage needs are dealt with promptly and professionally. Valet parking guest cars in a safe manner.

Qualifications:

5-star hotel experience in a similar role would be a real advantage. Full UK driving licence, including category D for a minibus.
