The Opportunity
Join our fast-growing ecommerce agency as an Affiliate & Paid Media Specialist focused on supporting TikTok Shop sellers. This role is perfect for someone with experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or social commerce, who enjoys working with affiliates and creators, optimizing campaigns, and providing excellent client service. You’ll play a key role in managing affiliate partnerships, supporting paid media execution, and delivering structured reporting to help our sellers grow.
What You Will Do
- Affiliate & Creator Management
- Discover and recruit new affiliates/creators: Conduct research and outreach to identify creators who align with client brand goals.
- Coordinate affiliate campaigns: Share creative briefs, help manage sample requests, and communicate guidelines to creators.
- Support affiliate communications: Respond to creator inquiries and provide coaching as needed to maximize campaign success.
- Track and report on affiliate activity: Monitor creator performance, sample status, and campaign milestones.
- Paid Media Support
- Assist in implementing paid media strategies: Work with the team to build and execute TikTok shop ad campaigns based on client objectives and budgets, including GMV max campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance: Track spend, key metrics, and help adjust tactics to optimize results.
- Help with daily and weekly reporting: Update spreadsheets with key performance metrics for each client.
- Client-Facing Reporting & Insights
- Provide structured reporting: Share daily and weekly updates with clients, highlighting wins, challenges, and proposed adjustments.
- Contribute to performance analysis: Help analyze sales and campaign trends, and support recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate on strategy: Participate in planning discussions with internal teams and clients to set or adjust campaign goals.

- Ecommerce-Savvy: You have experience in ecommerce or social commerce, with a solid understanding of retail operations and platforms like TikTok Shop.
