Key Responsibilities

  • Creative & Design
    • Develop creative concepts, strategies and design solutions tailored to e-commerce environments (Amazon, Walmart, and similar retailers) across mobile and desktop platforms.
    • Create and strategize compelling product designs, brand store assets, and across all digital shelf touchpoints (PDPs, brand stores, and other retailer content).
    • Stay current with design trends, e-commerce best practices, and industry innovations.
    • Translate data-driven insights into creative solutions that optimize discovery and conversion.
  • Strategic Thinker
    • Understands the process and strategy behind design work, not just tactical execution.
  • Client-Focused
    • Delivers thoughtful work that clients recognize and appreciate; contributes to a stronger overall client experience.
  • Technical Knowledge
    • Proficient expertise within Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.) and proficient in Excel.
    • Understands the core concepts of creating videos, animation and editing techniques.
    • Ability to manage, maintain, and organize files in a systematical manner.
    • Apply UX/UI design principles to enhance user experience across e-commerce platforms.
    • Incorporate SEO and GEO best practices into design strategy and execution.
    • Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, iterate faster, and explore new creative possibilities.

£47,500 maximum. Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
