So what\’s the deal?

We’re on the hunt for a Paid Ads Specialist to join our team – someone confident running campaigns across Google, Bing (Microsoft), Meta and TikTok. You’ll bring a proven hands-on experience, a sharp eye for data, and the creativity to make ads stand out while driving results.

This is a role where you’ll have the freedom to shape campaigns, test ideas and push performance forward. We want someone who’s as comfortable in the detail of an account as they are presenting results back with clarity and confidence.

What you’ll do

• Plan, launch and optimise campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta and TikTok
• Monitor performance, test creatives and manage budgets to maximise ROI
• Translate results into insights, spotting opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with the wider team to align & develop the ads strategy with the overall eCommerce strategy
• Stay up to date on new features, formats and platform trends

What we’re looking for

• A minimum 2 years of experience in paid media, either agency or in-house
• Experience running Google, Bing, Meta and TikTok ads
• Proven success scaling accounts and managing budgets effectively
• Strong grasp of tracking, attribution and performance metrics
• A proactive, curious approach — testing, learning and improving
• Clear communication skills to explain both numbers and strategy
