This full‑time, remote role for a Paid Ads Specialist involves managing and optimising advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google, Microsoft, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn. Responsibilities include conducting performance analysis, devising data‑driven strategies, and crafting ad copies to meet key performance metrics. The specialist will also be responsible for budget management, reporting campaign results, and collaborating closely with team members to refine marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience with Google Ads, Microsoft, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads including campaign setup and optimisation
- Skills in data analysis, performance tracking, and A/B testing to improve campaign results
- Proficiency in crafting engaging and effective ad copies tailored to multiple platforms
- Ability to manage and allocate advertising budgets to maximise ROI
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with internal and external stakeholders
- Familiarity with eCommerce and D2C performance marketing is a plus
- Preferred (not essential) - 2.1 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
