We are advising a leading independent Scottish law firm on the critical and demand driven appointment of a Partner within its Banking & Finance practice, based in Edinburgh. The team is well-established and being invested in for further growth. The team has a broad portfolio advising banks, borrowers and alternative lenders across real estate finance, acquisition and development funding, and broader loan and security matters.
The practice operates at the intersection of banking and commercial property, with strong internal referral channels and an embedded client base.
