We’re proud to be partnering with a globally recognised, family-owned business to recruit a high-impact Organisation & People Lead. This pivotal role sits at the heart of how the business operates – helping leadership design, evolve, and govern an organisation fit for long-term growth. This is more than a governance role. It’s about building trust, creating clarity, and enabling effective, joined-up decision-making. You’ll work in close partnership with leadership and teams to simplify complexity, evolve structures and people practices that drive meaningful business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a visible custodian of the Organisation and People pillars of the Operating Model – ensuring they are consistently applied across the business and continually evolve and improve.
- Monitor alignment to these principles while empowering leaders to own day-to-day accountability.
- Shape and review organisational changes, helping teams design effective structures that cut across silos, geographies, and functions.
- Provide constructive challenge and support to ensure good governance and rigorous debate around change – balancing business needs with long-term objectives.
- Surface system-wide risks and opportunities, connecting the dots across functions to reduce complexity and improve performance.
You’ll also play a lead role in the implementation of a new global Human Capital Management (HCM) System. This includes:
- Offering organisational insight and change expertise to shape the system’s discovery, design, and delivery.
- Ensuring the system reflects and supports the company’s operating model, including clarity on role profiles, recruitment, learning, and succession planning.
- Collaborating closely with project leads and stakeholders to guide change management and governance workstreams.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Significant experience in organisation design, ideally in a complex or global business environment.
- A systems-thinking mindset, with the ability to see the big picture, connect interdependencies, and keep people at the centre of transformation.
- Demonstrated success influencing stakeholders and driving adoption of new ways of working.
- A strong process orientation, with experience of identifying inefficiencies and driving improvements through process design, simplification, and optimisation.
- High emotional intelligence, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to build trust and navigate ambiguity.
- A collaborative, resilient, and solutions-focussed approach.
We welcome candidates from diverse Organisation Design, HR, or operational leadership backgrounds. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of a truly exceptional business – and help make its ambition real through its people and structure.
