About the role
As Interim VP of People & Culture, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing a high-performance culture and supporting comprehensive people strategy and ops. Your mission will include a small people function, enhancing employee engagement, fostering learning and development, and championing diversity and inclusion. This role will collaborate across the Senior Leadership Team and play a key role in all elements of People and Culture at BR-DGE.
Candidate requirements
A People leader that combines strategic and operational experience in rapidly scaling environments. You will combine operational excellence with the ability to influence at all levels with a passion for building and establishing high performing, values driven teams.
What's on Offer
Competitive salary and benefits in a remote first organisation. Candidates must be available to commence the contract in May 2026, whilst this is a remote first organisation, there is a requirement to be in the Edinburgh office regularly, usually around once per week.
