We’re supporting a high performing FTSE listed business with a strong brand portfolio and ambitious growth plans to appoint an Interim Director of People Operations on a 6 month basis. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this is a critical role focused on delivering a best in class People Operations function across a multi-site organisation—combining strategic oversight with hands on delivery.
A key priority will be optimising and integrating HR systems and technology, ensuring data integrity, seamless processes, and a connected digital ecosystem that enables better decision making and enhances the employee experience. You’ll lead across core areas including payroll, reward, policy and employee relations, while driving improved capability in people data, reporting, and system led insights. Strong partnership with IT will be essential to ensure systems are fully integrated, scalable, and aligned to future business needs.
About You
- Proven People Operations leader at Head / Director level
- Immediately available
- Strong experience in HRIS, systems integration and digital transformation (essential)
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels
- Strong stakeholder influence across business and IT functions
