In operation for over 50 years, the Group encompasses over 40 retail branches, a multi-million pound ophthalmic lens manufacturing laboratory, and a corporate eyecare provision. About the role
We are looking for a Head of Product, reporting into the CEO, who will define, manage and maintain the full life cycle of products and services for D&T Group, from business development, product inception, business case creation, product development, channel/branch management, pricing, promotions and ongoing commercial analysis and review.

- Portfolio management
- Complex sku management
- Change management/phase in and out of stock
- Stock availability & replenishment

- Audiology products and services
- Sundries
- Optical services
You will work with key stakeholders across the business including marketing, retail leadership, buyers, procurement, lens technical specialists, professional services and finance. As well as building strong relationships with suppliers and keeping up to date with market trends.
You are likely to be already working in the B2B/retail sector and used to dealing with a high number of SKUs and products. You will be highly commercial with good financial acumen and a strong data driven approach. Sector experience is not essential.
