Our portfolio spans geotextiles, automotive reinforcements and industrial backing materials, alongside a rapidly growing pipe relining division supporting the rehabilitation of critical infrastructure.

The business has delivered fantastic commercial performance over the past three years, with particularly rapid growth in our Pipe Relining division. As we enter our next phase, we are investing heavily in new production equipment, expanded capacity, and key people to scale the business and strengthen our position as a leader in technical textile innovation.

This role will be central to shaping and delivering operational strategy, ensuring we continue to scale effectively while maintaining the quality, flexibility and customer focus that define Scott & Fyfe. You will lead operations across manufacturing, supply chain and continuous improvement, while playing a key role in capital investment and business transformation.

  • Considerable experience in a senior Operations leadership role, in a fast-paced, growing manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the gravitas to be able to contribute meaningfully to the Board, supporting growth and change agendas.
  • Experience of capital investment projects ideally including new equipment installation and operational scale-up.
  • A background in continuous improvement and quality excellence.
