FWB is partnering with a private equity-backed engineering and business services firm in Scotland to recruit their next Chief Executive Officer (CEO). With operations across the UK and a workforce of c200 employees, this is an exciting national platform with annual revenues exceeding £25m and significant opportunity for further value creation.
The incoming CEO will be responsible for leading and executing a growth and transformation agenda, with a view to delivering a successful private equity exit within a 3–5 year horizon. This is a pivotal opportunity for a proven CEO, Managing Director or Commercial Director to step into a leadership role at a key inflection point in the company’s journey.
