The Role
We are hiring an experienced SAP Testing Lead to own the end‑to‑end testing strategy and execution across a large enterprise SAP landscape. You will be responsible for ensuring SAP solutions are fit for purpose, stable, and ready for operational deployment, coordinating testing across multiple workstreams, integrations, and business areas. - Coordinating cross‑workstream defect management, triage, and resolution
- Governing test evidence, traceability, and readiness reporting
- Aligning testing activities with cutover plans and hypercare readiness
How You'll Work
You’ll partner closely with Programme Management (planning and milestones), SAP Functional and Technical teams (test coverage), Integration teams (end‑to‑end scenarios), Security teams (controls and access), and Business Process Owners (BPOs) to drive UAT, sign‑off, and readiness decisions.
What Success Looks Like
- High test coverage with a controlled and transparent defect profile
- Clear, evidence‑based readiness assessment and confident business sign‑off
- Minimal critical defects or disruption post go‑live
What We're Looking For
- 7–10+ years experience leading SAP testing on large transformation programmes
- Proven experience across SIT, E2E, UAT, performance, and regression testing
- Calm, organised leadership style with strong stakeholder credibility
- Preferred certifications and experience:
- ISTQB Advanced Test Manager
- Agile testing certifications (desirable)
- Performance testing tools (e.g. JMeter, LoadRunner)
