A privately-owned limited company based in Essex, serving all within the M25 and surrounding areas. We specialize in the installation and maintenance of various fire and security systems such as fire alarms, burglar alarms, access control systems, CCTV, home automation, and more. With over 50 employees, we offer 24/7 services and competitive pricing to over 25 building management companies, M&E, and construction companies. This is a full-time hybrid role for an experienced technical manager, located in East Tilbury, Essex. The role involves supporting installation, maintenance teams, and estimators across our projects.

The Projects manager will be responsible for:

  • Technical on-site teams assisting
  • Jobs QA completion
  • Estimator's technical assistance
  • Attendance of Site meetings
  • Progress meetings with the company's management

Salary: Opportunity to earn £45,000 - £60,000 p.a. basic + overtimes + bonuses

Qualifications and skills:

  • Experience in Security, Fire, and Computer Networks Engineering
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work as a Team and manage multiple teams at the same time
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Accurate and detailed report writing skills
  • Full, Clean UK Driving Licence (optional)
