Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Coffee Field Service Engineer to join our technical team. The successful candidate will service, maintain, and repair a variety of commercial coffee machines at client sites, ensuring minimal downtime and excellent performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Service, maintain, and repair commercial coffee machines and related equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve technical faults on‑site efficiently.
- Conduct installation and commissioning of new coffee machines.
- Provide excellent customer service and support, advising clients on machine operation and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of all service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company and industry standards.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in servicing coffee machines or similar commercial kitchen equipment.
- Strong technical knowledge of espresso machines, grinders, and brewing systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software issues.
- Full UK driving licence and ability to travel to client sites.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
