Looking to build a career in property development investment, or ready to take the next step? We're looking for a motivated individual to join our Property team at either Assistant or Executive level.
You'll play a key role in supporting and delivering property development investments, from initial enquiry through to repayment. Depending on your experience, you'll help source and appraise opportunities, undertake due diligence, assess risk, analyse financial information, prepare investment papers and build strong relationships with customers, advisers and industry contacts.
We're interested in people who are commercially minded, proactive and eager to learn. You may already have experience in property development, banking, lending, investment or financial analysis, or you may be looking to apply transferable skills in a new sector. Strong communication, organisation and relationship-building skills are essential.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team, develop your expertise and make a real impact on property investment in the North East. A full UK driving licence is required.
