Responsibilities
- Work within an engineering squad and participate in the full project delivery lifecycle.
- Collaborate with clients to understand needs and recommend solutions.
- Own key feature delivery (planning, architecture, coding, delegation).
- Maintain high engineering standards and client delight.
- Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives and code reviews.
- Stay current with industry trends and adopt new tools.
- Coach and mentor junior team members.
- Upskill clients in MLOps.
- Allocate time for R&D projects and content creation, contributing to the MLOps community through blogs, videos and conferences.
Qualifications
- Degree in computer science, mathematics or a related science.
- Passion for coding, data science and open source technologies.
- Production‑grade Python writing and code review.
- Experience with cloud computing (AWS, GCP or Azure) and DevOps practices.
- Fluency with Git, Unix/Linux, Docker and a preferred IDE/editor.
- Familiarity with modern ML tools (TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch or SKLearn).
- Excellent communication skills, both customer‑facing and team‑internal.
- Aware of MLOps emerging space (not essential but beneficial).
