We’re FuturLab, the award-winning game studio behind PowerWash Simulator, the Velocity series, Peaky Blinders Mastermind, and many more exciting titles. We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Content Producer to oversee and drive the production efforts of our art and design teams. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate cross-functional creative teams to ensure high-quality visual and gameplay content for PowerWash Simulator 2 is delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the overall vision of the game.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the central liaison between art, design, and other production disciplines, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all departments.
- Define, plan, and manage schedules, workflows, and milestones for PowerWash Simulator 2 content.
- Identify risks and bottlenecks early, and work with team leads to develop mitigation plans.
- Facilitate and drive regular reviews and approvals with stakeholders, ensuring feedback is well-documented and acted upon.
- Collaborate closely with leads to balance creative ambitions with practical production constraints.
- Maintain up-to-date tracking documents and reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Support a healthy team culture through effective communication, clear expectations, and timely conflict resolution.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as an Art or Content producer in the video games industry with at least one shipped, multi-platform title.
- Strong familiarity with game development pipelines for both art and design disciplines.
- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced creative environment.
- Deep understanding of agile production methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- A passion for video games and a strong eye for visual and gameplay quality.
- Experience on live games.
- Familiarity with Unity and Blender.
- Passion for PowerWash Simulator.
