- As a Senior QA Tester you’ll take ownership of testing features and content, creating robust test plans, assessing quality risks, and providing clear insights that help teams make informed decisions
- You’ll work closely with developers and producers to identify issues early, improve QA processes and mentor junior team members
- This is a hands-on role for someone who can work independently, communicate effectively and bring a strong understanding of game development and testing best practices
- Work autonomously toward objections that have been set
- Review feature or content specifications and create test plans
- Review feature or content health, and report accordingly
- Investigate high-risk bugs and provide risk assessments to help prioritization during bug triage
- Mentor and help develop junior members of the team
- Contribute to and help develop internal QA processes
- Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (No weekends, No overtime, No Crunch!)

Experience with all, or most PC and console gaming platformsExperience creating and maintaining test plansExceptional communication and organisation skillsA solid understanding of the game development process2+ years in games QA, preferably at a game development studioStrong knowledge of the PowerWash Simulator franchiseKnowledge of Microsoft, Sony & Nintendo certification requirementsExperience co-ordinating internal and external QA teamsAt least one title supported from concept to release
