Key Responsibilities
- Work autonomously toward objectives that have been set
- Review feature or content specifications and create test plans
- Review feature or content health, and report accordingly
- Investigate high-risk bugs and provide risk assessments to help prioritisation during bug triage
- Mentor and help develop junior members of the team
- Contribute to and help develop internal QA processes
Requirements
- 3+ years in QA, preferably at a game development studio
- Exceptional communication and organisation skills
- Experience with all, or most PC and console gaming platforms
- Experience creating and maintaining test plans
- A solid understanding of the game development process
Desirable Experience
- Strong knowledge of the PowerWash Simulator franchise
- Knowledge of Microsoft, Sony & Nintendo certification requirements
- Experience co-ordinating internal and external QA teams
- At least one title supported from concept to release
