Renewable Energy Sales with Aira

We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic people right across the UK to join our team.As a part of our field sales team, you will beresponsible for the end-to-end process of converting home visits with customers interested in saving money and CO2 on their energy bills by switching to an air source heat pump.

What you\'ll be doing as a Renewable Energy Sales Expert

  • Visiting customers in their homes and closing sales onair source heat pumps, solar panels, insulation, and other green tech. You\'ll need to be based in Kent, and will mainly be meeting customers across the county but also further afield if required.
  • Educating customers on the benefitsof heat pumps and other clean energy tech
  • Including pre booked sales visits, you will need to generate your own leads via door knocking, cold calling and referrals to accomplish salesin line with our KPIs
  • Manage and maintain your sales pipeline via our CRM system HubSpot
  • Provide an excellent customer service while in our customers homes using our Aira Sales Method
  • Collaborate with our design team and planning team to ensure all expectationsare met for our customers

What we would like you to have to be aRenewable Energy Sales Expert

We will provide all necessary product training at our Aira Academy, however we need you to have the following:

    • Full UK Driving License - This is a field base role
    • Experience withinin a field based sales role
    • Confidenceworking withsales software and CRM systems
    • An excitement for sales and working towards targets
    • Problem solving and positive mindset for negotiating and overcoming objections
    • A Passion for active and forward thinking working environments

It would be good to have experience in renewables or energy sales, but not essential.
