Recruiting Students from Africa and Latin America. London, Birmingham or Manchester based – Hybrid, regular travel to recruitment region.
About the Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Recruitment Officer to join our dynamic team, focusing on student recruitment and market development across Africa and Latin America. In this role, you’ll support the Regional Manager in developing strategic partnerships, executing marketing campaigns, and driving student recruitment efforts. You’ll play a key part in expanding our presence in these regions while upholding our commitment to integrity, service, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support marketing and recruitment strategies for Africa and Latin America.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with representatives, feeder institutions, and sponsor bodies.
- Research and schedule overseas events to meet recruitment targets as agreed with Regional Manager & Senior Management
- Ensure recruitment meets entry requirements and adheres to ethical advertising standards.
- Contribute to business development and share best practices across the sales community.
- Present regular performance statistics to the Regional Manager.
What We’re Looking For
- Educated to degree level.
- Proven success in sales, ideally in the higher education sector.
- Strong understanding of the Africa and Latin America education markets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a structured approach to work.
- French or Arabic language skills are highly desirable.
