You will be carrying out scheduled and reactive maintenance for Aira customers as part of our UK-wide network of Technicians.
With the Aira Air Source Heat Pumps, manufactured in Europe and an international network of Aira Academies, you will get world-class product and technical training.
If you\'re a central heating service and repair engineer, with a passion for problem solving then this might be the perfect role. Air Source Heat Pump experience is not necessary.
What you will be doing
- Routine service and maintenance visits for Air Source Heat Pumps, Unvented hot water cylinders, and other system components.
- Scheduled and reactive repairs for Air Source Heat Pumps and Unvented hot water cylinders.
- Fault-finding, repair, and replacement of system components including Unvented hot water cylinders, radiators, pumps, manifolds, buffer vessels, zone valves, and programmers.
- Delivering excellent customer service, and helping Aira customers get the most out of their Clean Energy heating system.
What you\'ll need to have
We will provide all necessary Air Source Heat Pump training at the Aira Academy, however we need you to have the following:
- NVQ level 2 plumbing (or equivalent)
- WRAS qualifications
- Unvented hot water qualifications (Part G)
- Gas qualifications
- Experience in central heating fault finding, service and repair (Gas or Renewables)
- Experience installing hot water cylinders and radiators
Any of the following would be good;
- NVQ Level 3 plumbing (or equivalent)
- Level 3 heat pump system design
- F-Gas Category 1
