FutureSearch arbeitet vollständig remote. Unser Schwerpunkt liegt in London. SF und Berlin sind unsere nächsthäufig besuchten Arbeitsstandorte. Wir legen Wert darauf, uns mindestens 6-mal pro Jahr persönlich zu treffen, normalerweise in London oder in dessen Nähe. Als Remote-Unternehmen bieten wir flexible Arbeitszeiten. Für wichtige Überschneidungszeiten zwischen den USA und Europa ist jedoch die synchrone Teilnahme erforderlich (~7-10am Pacific).
