Futurescool is a UAE-based EdTech platform teaching children aged 8–18 the skills school doesn't: AI literacy, entrepreneurship, leadership and wellbeing. We're live, we're growing, and we're building for hypergrowth.
Responsibilities & Experience
Own the full digital engine—paid and organic—across Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn. Manage funnels, creatives, campaigns, community, conversion.
Hands‑on experience running Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn campaigns (have spent real budgets and can show real results).
Use AI tools daily to create, automate and optimize—core to how we operate.
Think outside the box and execute fast, without waiting for permission.
Have built or scaled growth for a consumer or EdTech brand.
Role Details
This is an equity‑only role. You are betting on the upside, with us, as an owner. If you're looking for a 9‑to‑5, a salary, or an easy ride this is not it. If you want to build something big, own a real stake, and work alongside founders who move fast, keep reading.
You don't need ten years of experience. You need to know exactly what you're doing.

Describe one paid campaign you personally ran on Meta or TikTok: budget, audience, creative approach, and the results (CPL/ROAS/CAC).
Which AI tools are in your daily marketing stack, and give one concrete example of how you used them to cut cost or increase output.
Why equity over salary—what makes you ready to build as an owner, not work as an employee?
Send your answers plus 2–3 examples of campaigns or content you've created (links, screenshots, dashboards—show us, don't tell us). Shortlisted candidates get a 30‑minute call with the founding team.
