As a Paint Sprayer, you will be responsible for preparing, spraying, and finishing products to the highest possible standard while working efficiently within a production schedule. You'll play a key role in ensuring every finished product meets our quality expectations before leaving the department. Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, masking, sanding, and priming. Apply paint and coatings using spray equipment to achieve a consistent, high-quality finish. Follow production schedules while maintaining excellent attention to detail. Carry out quality inspections to ensure finished products meet specification. Maintain spray equipment and ensure work areas are clean, safe, and organised. Identify and report any defects or quality concerns promptly. Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production targets and customer expectations. Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer within a manufacturing or production environment. Experience working in a fast-paced setting where productivity and quality are equally important. High personal standards and pride in the quality of their workmanship. The ability to work consistently under pressure without compromising quality.
