We are looking for a commercially driven TikTok Shop Manager to lead and grow our presence on TikTok Shop. Based in London, you will take ownership of the channel, combining ecommerce management, content, creator partnerships and paid activity to increase sales and strengthen brand visibility.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing beauty and personal care business and play a central role in developing one of its fastest moving digital sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the day to day management and commercial performance of TikTok Shop
- Develop and deliver a growth strategy covering sales, content, affiliates, livestreams and promotions
- Manage product listings, pricing, stock availability, bundles and promotional campaigns
- Plan and manage the TikTok Shop content calendar in partnership with creative and social teams
- Recruit, brief and manage creators and affiliate partners
- Develop an effective livestream shopping strategy, including scheduling, scripting, product selection and performance review
- Identify relevant TikTok trends and turn them into commercially effective content
- Manage paid TikTok campaigns in partnership with internal teams or external agencies
- Coordinate product launches, seasonal campaigns and platform events
- Monitor sales, conversion, traffic, average order value, affiliate performance and return on advertising spend
- Use performance data to test and improve content, offers, product pages and campaigns
- Work closely with ecommerce, marketing, operations and customer service teams
- Ensure orders, returns, customer enquiries and fulfilment issues are handled effectively
- Maintain compliance with TikTok Shop policies, brand guidelines and relevant advertising regulations
- Provide regular performance reports, insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
About You
- Proven experience managing and growing a TikTok Shop account
- Experience within beauty, personal care, skincare, cosmetics or a related consumer category is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of social commerce, creator marketing and affiliate programmes
- Commercially focused, with a clear understanding of ecommerce metrics and profitability
- Confident using TikTok Shop Seller Center, TikTok Ads Manager and analytics tools
- Able to create briefs and work effectively with creators, presenters and content teams
- Strong awareness of TikTok trends, platform behaviour and emerging content formats
- Comfortable working in a fast paced and performance led environment
- Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills
