We are recruiting on behalf of a leading 24/7 manufacturing operation in the South West that is currently undergoing significant investment across its people, processes, and systems. As part of continued growth and transformation, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join the business's Senior Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Plant Director. This is a highly visible role with responsibility for leading and developing the supply chain function while driving operational excellence and supporting a range of ongoing improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the site supply chain team, creating a high-performance culture
- Drive improvements across planning, inventory management, procurement, and customer service
- Support strategic business objectives through effective supply chain management
- Work closely with the Plant Director and wider leadership team to deliver operational improvements
- Utilise systems and data to improve efficiency, visibility, and decision-making
About You:
- Proven experience in a Supply Chain leadership role within a manufacturing environment
- Strong people management skills with a track record of coaching and developing teams
- Highly systems-focused with experience of ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle
