In this role, you will lead a dedicated team of engineers and play a critical role in shaping the future of this dynamic site.

You\’ll be responsible for developing and executing the engineering strategy, driving operational excellence, and ensuring all maintenance and engineering activities support production efficiency and site performance.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the engineering team across a busy, fast-paced manufacturing site.
• Oversee all aspects of engineering, maintenance, and site projects.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, reliability, and safety.
• Collaborate closely with production and senior leadership teams to achieve key business goals.

About You:

• Proven experience in an Engineering or Maintenance leadership role within food or FMCG manufacturing.
• Strong technical background with a passion for driving change and improvements.
• Excellent leadership skills with a focus on coaching, development, and team engagement.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with a focus on delivering results.
