Recruitment Consultant/Senior Recruitment Consultant – Education (SEND & Secondary) – Office-based for the first 6 months, with flexibility considered after. Competitive salary + bonus. This role is within Futures’ Education division, supporting schools, academies, and trusts across Yorkshire to build leadership and specialist teaching capacity.

What you’ll be doing
- Leading the development of the Yorkshire region across SEN, Secondary Teaching and Support Staff recruitment.
- Building and maintaining senior-level client partnerships with MATs, academies, and schools.
- Supporting and mentoring consultants to deliver best-in-class recruitment and consultancy services.
- Driving growth by identifying opportunities, shaping strategies, and delivering impactful outcomes for education clients.
- Acting as a trusted partner to stakeholders across the education landscape.
