Are you a Quality Technician looking to make the next step in your career? If so, Futures are looking to appoint a Quality Technician to join a growing manufacturer who operate within a niche corner of the market. The successful quality technician will join a well-established dedicated team ensuring products consistently meet the highest standards. You will perform detailed inspections of goods in/in process and goods out, using CMM and visual inspections.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct calibration and maintenance of inspection tools and devices
- Operate and program Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) for accurate dimensional analysis
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Document and report inspection findings clearly and accurately
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in quality assurance processes
- Perform detailed inspection of metal components using a variety of measuring equipment
