Are you an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety Manager looking to join one of the UK's leading manufacturing businesses?

Due to continued investment and sustained growth, we are seeking an ambitious EHS Manager to lead the Health, Safety and Environmental function at one of the most technologically advanced manufacturing facilities in the UK.

Renowned for its highly automated production processes, significant capital investment and commitment to operational excellence, this is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role within a world-class manufacturing environment.

You'll work closely with Operations, Engineering and Continuous Improvement teams to foster a proactive safety culture, ensure full legislative compliance and deliver continuous improvements across all aspects of Health, Safety and Environmental performance.

Drive a positive, engaging and proactive Health & Safety culture across the site.

Ensure full compliance with UK Health, Safety and Environmental legislation.

Develop, implement and continually improve EHS policies, procedures and management systems.

Lead risk assessments, accident investigations and root cause analysis, ensuring robust corrective actions are implemented.

Manage environmental compliance, sustainability initiatives and permit requirements.

Deliver internal audits and support external regulatory and certification audits.

Analyse EHS performance data and KPIs to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Champion behavioural safety initiatives and employee engagement programmes.

We're looking for an experienced EHS professional with a proven background within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You'll be a confident leader, capable of influencing stakeholders at every level while developing high-performing teams and embedding a culture where safety is everyone's responsibility.

NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) in Occupational Health & Safety.

Previous experience leading Health, Safety & Environmental functions within manufacturing.

Strong knowledge of UK Health, Safety and Environmental legislation.

Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
