Our client, a well known manufacturer based on the outskirts of Leeds is looking to appoint an experienced and hands-on Production Team Leader to join a fast-paced manufacturing business.
This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys being on the shop floor, leading by example, driving performance, and ensuring production runs safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
You'll be responsible for managing production processes, motivating your team, solving problems in real time, and ensuring daily targets are consistently achieved.
