This business supplies throughout the UK, Europe and US and has experienced excellent growth over the past few years. Due to this growth, they are expanding and hiring for a Marketplace and Ecommerce Assistant. You will support the day-to-day management and growth of online sales channels with a key focus on Amazon. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced ecommerce environment and wants hands-on experience across multiple marketplaces and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive Marketplace Expansion with a key focus on Amazon and emerging markets.
- Research and execute business growth projects, with a focus on AI - The type of projects that gives us a lasting competitive advantage.
- Explore and test new tools and services that can help us drive incremental revenue.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory updates.
- Track pricing and competitor activity.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in an ecommerce or marketplace role.
- Experience within the FMCG and/or retail industry, with the ability to work at pace on a daily basis.
- Confident with managing/supporting across online platforms, the likes of Amazon, eBay etc.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of organisation.
- Demonstrable AI skills - Whether it is something you have built, improved or fixed, you are using AI to make an impact.
