Responsible for leading the end-to-end e Commerce function for a premium lifestyle brand, overseeing commercial strategy, digital trading, marketplace growth, and customer experience.
Operating in a fully onsite leadership role, working closely with directors and cross‑functional teams to drive online revenue, operational efficiency, and long‑term digital growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the e Commerce strategy across Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), Shopify, Amazon, and Tik Tok Shop channels.
- Hold full commercial responsibility for the online business, including revenue growth, profitability, forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting.
- Manage the Shopify platform, ensuring optimal site performance, user experience, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), merchandising, and ongoing platform enhancements.
- Develop and execute digital trading calendars, coordinating seasonal campaigns, product launches, promotions, and inventory planning with marketing and operations teams.
- Lead the Amazon marketplace strategy, optimising product listings, catalogue management, SEO, advertising, pricing, stock availability, and account health to maximise sales performance.
