We are excited to be working with a fast-growing, global FMCG business, who are known in the market for their diverse portfolio of high-quality, reliable products! With a current turnover of over £8 billion, they are taking the market by storm and have achieved 12% YoY growth over the past 3 years!
They are currently on the lookout for a Digital Marketing Executive, ready to join a fantastic business and be a part of the continuous growth! This is very much a stepping stone to progress within 12-18 months.
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will:
- Support the planning, activation and optimisation of paid media campaigns across a portfolio of brands.
- Assist in the development and execution of full-funnel media plans across digital channels including Paid Social, Search and Connecting TV.
- Collaborate with media agencies and platform partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.
- Work closely with Brand and Sales teams to ensure media activity aligns with brand priorities, promotional plans and commercial objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance, tracking key KPIs, ROI's and providing regular reporting with clear optimisation recommendations.
- Analyse audience, market and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improved targeting, efficiency and scale.
What will you need?
- Previous experience within a paid media or digital marketing role, within FMCG or a fast-paced consumer environment.
- Understanding of digital media channels including all social channels, Google Ads and Connecting TV.
- Experience working with performance data and reporting tools, with the ability to turn insights into actionable recommendations.
- Good stakeholder management skills, with experience working cross-functionally across Brand, Sales and external agencies.
- Strong organisational skills, high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
