This role is focused on execution and optimisation rather than strategy, ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with data, systems, and stock to keep operations running smoothly. You’ll lead a small team and play a key role in ensuring product availability, accurate forecasting, and efficient stock management across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing inventory levels and stock control processes to ensure availability while minimising excess
- Leading demand planning and forecasting activities, aligning closely with internal stakeholders
- Owning and improving ERP-driven planning processes (SAP experience strongly preferred)
- Working cross-functionally with commercial, operations, and supply teams
- Leading and developing a small team (circa 4 people)

- Supporting day-to-day supply chain operations, resolving issues as they arise
If you’re looking for a role where you can combine planning, systems, and people leadership without the expectation of full strategic ownership we’d love to hear from you.
