With many years of experience, they have built a strong reputation and a great product portfolio, delivering high-quality, fun and exciting products to a large customer base. With the business hitting YoY growth and continuously having fantastic new projects on the go, they are really taking the market by storm!

Due to immense growth, they are hiring for a Junior Product Manager to fulfil their big aspirations. It couldn’t be a more exciting time to join the business, with lots of new plans and innovative projects going on!

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full product lifecycle from concept through to launch across a diverse range of products.
  • Work closely with design, marketing, and sales teams to bring new ideas to market that are aligned with brand strategy and customer demand.
  • Collaborate with licensors such as Disney and Universal to develop exciting licensed products.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Brief and manage packaging, artwork, and product content with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support promotional and launch activities to ensure successful go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications
  • 1–2 years’ experience in a product development or product management role within FMCG, ideally from toys, gifts or houseware.
  • A creative mindset with a strong eye for product and packaging design.
  • Experience managing projects from initial concept to shelf - comfortable juggling multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
  • A proactive, positive approach with excellent communication.
