Responsibilities- Take ownership of the Product/Price/Promotional strategy across the EU market.
- Create and present commercial proposals to senior management for each financial year.
- Work closely with EU Product Managers to agree to the product requirements within each year.
- Support across ongoing development of emerging markets in line with the businesses B2B growth strategy.
- Become an expert on product knowledge for all internal questions and decisions.
- Provide monthly reports on key areas of the business.
- Work collaboratively across all teams; Marketing, Sales, Compliance, Product and supply chain.
- At least 3 years working in a Commercial Strategy and Pricing role across a consumer goods business.
- 5 years prior experience working within a Commercially focused role.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Strong experience across data, reporting, and creating presentations.
- Ability to make/develop relationships both internally and externally.
- Really efficient Excel skills.
- Competitive salary + Package
- 1 day a week in Bedfordshire
