Job Description An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Fabrication Estimator wanting to develop their skills further and progress their career. Our client is a leading UK Manufacturer specialising in design, development, fabrication and product assembly services, based on strong foundations of many decades of expertise. We are looking for exceptional candidate who will be managing sales accounts, ensuring customer communication is maintained while ensuring that drawings, specifications and customer specific requirements are accurately loaded into the systems. This is a fantastic opportunity to join this forward-thinking company in a fast-growing field within the industry, with great opportunity for career progression and growth. Main requirements for the successful Fabrication Estimator: Process customer enquiries through to the preparation of quotations on software (for which database training will be provided) and communication to customers. Looking after and holding clear drawing records / packages on both, server and production areas. Ensuring that quality and attention to detail is the driving force behind all aspects of the role. About successful Fabrication Estimator: Previous AutoCad or sheet metal fabrication experience. Excellent IT skills particularly using Microsoft Software. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and in fast-paced, dynamic multi-functional office environment. Familiarity with various sheet metal materials and manufacturing process, including steel, aluminium and stainless steel is desired.
