We are excited to be working with a fast-growing, global FMCG business, who are known in the market for their diverse portfolio of high-quality, reliable products! With a current turnover of over £8billion, they are taking the market by storm and have achieved 12% YoY growth over the past 3 years!

They are currently on the lookout for a Junior Digital Marketing Manager, ready to join a fantastic business and be a part of the continuous growth!

This role comes with exceptional growth and training opportunities, with potential progression to

step in to a Digital Marketing Manager within 12-18 months.

In this role, you will...

  • Managing media campaigns across BVOD, Paid Social, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Influencer, BAU Social and Retail Media
  • Working with agency partners to develop Omnichannel media campaigns in line with global media guidelines to engage consumers across the entire channel mix
  • Tracking progress of campaigns to ensure KPI\'s are met and the right audiences are being targeted
  • Identify high-performing content to briefing content creators and agency partners to produce engaging organic social infeed content
  • Reviewing D2C product and landing pages and recommending content optimisations to improve performance metrics
  • Collaborative working with the wider Commercial function to drive the brand\'s robust growth plans

For this role, you will have...

  • 2 years Marketing experience, working either within an agency or an FMCG business
  • Strong understanding of developing and creating marketing campaigns across offline and online channels
  • Experience of managing the relationship with marketing agency
  • Proven track record of activating paid media across various channels
  • Bachelor\'s Degree would be desirable
  • Ability to work proactively and autonomously within a fast-paced and fast-changing environment
