They are passionate about driving success and pushing the boundaries of digital marketing to connect with their ever-expanding customer base. What You'll Do: As the Junior Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in executing digital strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and product sales. The role will promote the brand values, creative ideas and content strategy in the digital marketing and social media channels in order to support the company business goals and strong growth plans. Your Key Responsibilities: Build and execute strategy to engage consumers across all digital touchpoints including digital advertising, social media, website, email, and e-commerce. Assist in the creation and execution of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (paid ads, SEO, content, social media, email marketing, etc.) to promote brand awareness and product sales. Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging digital content, including website copy, social media posts, blogs, and video content. Monitor and optimize content performance for SEO and user engagement. Support the management of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), creating posts, engaging with followers, and maintaining a consistent brand voice across all channels. Alongside this managing influencer interactions. Assist in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, segmenting audiences, creating personalized content, and analysing campaign results.What You'll Bring: Degree educated 1 – 2 years' experience gained within a similar Digital Marketing role would be beneficial – advantageous if within an FMCG business however not required Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms and audiences. Strong attention to detail and ability to analyse data to drive decisions and improve campaign performance.
