Interim Quality Manager / Quality Engineer β Role and Responsibilities:
* Production Support β Raising change requests and tackling production issues
* Customer Complaints β Manage complaint database and implement root cause / 8D resports
* General Customer Support β Assisting with customers queries
* Non-Conforming Materials β Analysing material placed on Reject shelf, raising NCR reports on suppliers
* Product Inspection β Working with production cells and raisig issues
* Auditing β Main contact point for internal and external auditing / assessment
Interim Quality Manager / Quality Engineer β Skills and Abilities:
* Familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO18001
* Knowledge of auditing. LRQA Lead Auditor qualification preferred but not essential
* Previous experience of Root Cause Analysis / 8D
* Previous experience in an electromechanical manufacturing company would be advantageous
* ONC / HNC / CandG Electrical and Electronic Engineering or equivalent would be beneficial
