Interim Quality Manager / Quality Engineer. Our client, an electro-mechanical manufacturing business, seek to apppoint an Interim Quality Manager / Quality Engineer to oversee their ISO9001 accredited QMS. Must be available for a near immediate start and must

Interim Quality Manager / Quality Engineer – Role and Responsibilities:

* Production Support – Raising change requests and tackling production issues
* Customer Complaints – Manage complaint database and implement root cause / 8D resports
* General Customer Support – Assisting with customers queries
* Non-Conforming Materials – Analysing material placed on Reject shelf, raising NCR reports on suppliers
* Product Inspection – Working with production cells and raisig issues
* Auditing – Main contact point for internal and external auditing / assessment

Interim Quality Manager / Quality Engineer – Skills and Abilities:

* Familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO18001
* Knowledge of auditing. LRQA Lead Auditor qualification preferred but not essential
* Previous experience of Root Cause Analysis / 8D
* Previous experience in an electromechanical manufacturing company would be advantageous
* ONC / HNC / CandG Electrical and Electronic Engineering or equivalent would be beneficial
