We are looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused HR Payroll Coordinator to join our clients HR team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist who enjoys variety and is passionate about delivering an exceptional employee experience.
Working closely with the HR Manager, you will provide comprehensive HR support across the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, employee relations, payroll administration and HR compliance.
You'll also manage a varied employee relations caseload, ensuring issues are handled professionally, confidentially and in line with employment legislation and company policies.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple departments.
Deliver an engaging onboarding process for all new employees.
Coordinate induction programmes and mandatory training.
