A well-known FMCG brand has achieved consistent double-digit YOY growth and made a name for themselves in the market for their high quality, effective products that are good for you and for the environment. With sustainability at the heart of their ethos, they have gained a strong audience across social media, with a successful D2C model. In recent years, they have expanded into international markets and retail, with strong listings in Boots, Superdrug, and Holland & Barrett.
This role is new due to growth! You will report directly to the Directors and work within a 10-person strong marketing team of FMCG experts.
In this Head of Marketing role you will:
- Collaborate with the wider commercial team to develop 360 marketing campaigns that effectively build positive brand awareness.
- Provide leadership to the marketing team ensuring brand strategies are cohesive and effective across all digital touchpoints.
- Lead trade & shopper marketing strategies across UK & International retailers, being a key part of JBP planning to create impactful brand activations.
- Develop launch campaigns for new NPD initiatives, as well as new market launches, with expansion plans being heavily focused on the EMEA market.
- Act as a brand guardian in everything you do!
