Head of e Commerce | Premium Lifestyle Brand (Onsite) Responsible for leading the end-to-end e Commerce function for a premium lifestyle brand, overseeing commercial strategy, digital trading, marketplace growth, and customer experience.
Operating in a fully onsite leadership role, working closely with directors and cross‑functional teams to drive online revenue, operational efficiency, and long‑term digital growth.
Key Responsibilities Own the e Commerce strategy across Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), Shopify, Amazon, and Tik Tok Shop channels.
Hold full commercial responsibility for the online business, including revenue growth, profitability, forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting.
Manage the Shopify platform, ensuring optimal site performance, user experience, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), merchandising, and ongoing platform enhancements.
Develop and execute digital trading calendars, coordinating seasonal campaigns, product launches, promotions, and inventory planning with marketing and operations teams.
Lead the Amazon marketplace strategy, optimising product listings, catalogue management, SEO, advertising, pricing, stock availability, and account health to maximise sales performance.
Drive the growth of Tik Tok Shop through live shopping initiatives, creator partnerships, affiliate programmes, promotional campaigns, and social commerce optimisation.
Monitor and improve key e Commerce KPIs including conversion rate, average order value (AOV), customer lifetime value (CLV), return on ad spend (ROAS), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and overall online profitability.
Analyse website and customer data using Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics (GA4), and other reporting tools to identify opportunities for growth and improve commercial decision‑making.
Oversee website content, merchandising, navigation, search functionality, and customer journey to deliver an exceptional online shopping experience.
Work closely with marketing teams to align paid media, email marketing, SEO, influencer activity, and social campaigns with commercial objectives.
Manage relationships with external agencies, technology providers, logistics partners, and third‑party developers to deliver platform improvements and digital projects.
Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure stock accuracy, fulfilment efficiency, shipping performance, and customer satisfaction.
