A leading health and wellness distributor is looking for an ambitious Territory Manager to join a growing sales team, covering East London and surrounding postcodes.
You will take ownership of a well-established territory with approximately 150 active customers, including health food retailers, convenience stores, pharmacies, and other independent outlets. With access to a portfolio of 18,000+ products across 1,100+ health-focused brands, you’ll be well-positioned to drive growth, increase customer value, and strengthen the company’s presence across the territory.
This role is focused on increasing sales performance, building strong long-term customer relationships, and expanding market share. - Generate and develop new leads within the sales territory
- Visit prospective new accounts and assess commercial viability
- Travel throughout the territory visiting customers on a recurring basis
- Manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously
- Represent the company brand during all customer and prospect interactions
- Sell into a structured bimonthly sales cycle, including multi-brand promotional activity
- Increase the percentage of exclusive brand sales within the territory
- Discuss margins in line with current spending and educate customers on the financial benefits of brand choices
- Maintain accurate records of sales leads and customer visits
- Provide weekly reporting, plus daily reporting of store visits to the line manager
Proven track record in field sales, including lead generation. Strong commercial awareness and business acumen. Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
