Futures are excited to be working with an amazing, multi-million £ consumer goods business with a portfolio full of well-known brands we all use every day! This business has a current global turnover of £3 billion and UK turnover of £50 million. They have four key portfolios of well-known brands, including Petcare, Home, Garden, Personal Care, and Cosmetics. Due to growth, they are expanding and hiring for a Junior National Account Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to support across the business's top tier account, with a multi-million £ P&L.
You Will:
- Manage, network and develop relationships with your National Account customers.
- Work alongside the Head of Sales, supporting one of the largest accounts within the business.
- Have full autonomy and manage a P&L across a portfolio of smaller key accounts.
- Collaborate with the Senior Commercial team and Buyers to identify and grow opportunities within brands and categories.
- Understand commercial impact - Pricing, promotions, and Investment etc.
- Develop, implement, and execute clear JBP’s with the customer base ensuring focus on key measures for the customer base and internal targets.
- Strong execution with retailers of NPD plans with clear implementation of support plans.
- Focus on forecasting, internal communication and understanding of retailer supply demands.
Knowledge, Experience and Skills Required:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience managing National Accounts within FMCG.
- Experience of supporting across a Top 4 Grocery account is advantageous.
- Strong sales, relationship building and negotiation skills.
- A positive and proactive attitude, self-motivated and capable of working both independently and across functions.
