Futures are excited to be partnering with an apparel brand, who are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to elevate and grow the brand's online presence.
The Company
Founded 10+ years ago, this brand has been growing gradually YOY, they are now looking to expand their marketing function and hire a Digital Marketing Manager. This brand's customers are predominantly part of the LGBTQI+ community, celebrating creativity, inclusivity, and bold designs. You will be joining a dynamic e-commerce challenger brand, that pride themselves on creating a collaborative, creative, and fun work environment. You will get strategic & creative freedom, they are looking for a team player who will bring ideas and work with the tight-knit team to bring ideas to life! Office based in Liverpool - Hybrid (3 days in/ 2 days WFH) - Free Parking on site.
The Role
This role is new due to growth! Reporting directly to the MD, you will work in a tight-knit team, leading and implementing the 360 digital strategy. As a Digital Marketing Manager you will:
- Manage Facebook & TikTok ad campaigns
- Provide detailed performance reports, using Google Analytics & Meta Ads Manager
- Identify growth opportunities & contribute ideas to increase customer acquisition & retention
- Collaborate with the team to ensure brand consistency across all marketing efforts
- Contribute to website content, SEO, and landing page optimisation (via Shopify & Canva)
- Support in Email-marketing when required (via Klaviyo)
- Get stuck in with content creation, coordinating with photographers & designers
- Support the continued growth of the marketing function, with opportunities to hire a direct report within your first 12 months!

The Skills Required
- A minimum of 2 years of digital marketing management experience within consumer goods
- Experience managing Meta & TikTok Ads (Facebook Business Manager & TikTok Ads Manager)
- Budget management & analytical experience (Google Analytics & Microsoft Excel)
- Growth driven mindset & a track record of successfully increasing online presence.
- Foundational knowledge of SEO and PPC.
- Shopify/ Ecommerce web management experience.
